A. Instructions for Cancellation

Introduction

Consumers (any individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) are entitled to cancel any contract under the following conditions:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the 14-day period expires.

Please note: all items purchased during the Clearance Sale are final sale.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive shipping method), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of nail products that are unopened and unused. If the product packaging has been opened or the nails have been used, the right to cancel does not apply.

Important Notice for US Customers Unfortunately, due to duty/import fees and related complications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the United States. All US sales are final. For any questions regarding your order, please contact us at info@nailevated.com.
